About Us
Nations Investments Group is a real estate development company based in Lake Mary, Florida. Our two principals are Tony Zanca and Anthony J. Zanca, as a Father and Son owned business with decades of experience between them you can rest assured that you will receive the personal attention that only a family owned and operated firm can deliver. We take great pride in personally seeing our clients through the entire construction process from the initial meeting until the project has been completed. Since founding Starcraft Homes Inc. in 1991 here in Central Florida and later starting Nations Investments Group Inc. in 1998 one thing has always been a constant, our dedication to our clients needs. We have built large customs homes, remodeled existing homes of all sizes and built professional offices from the ground up for a variety of businesses right here in Central Florida. With each project we take on we devote countless hours toward planning before the first shovel of dirt has been excavated, this insures a quality finished product in the end. We are not merely contractors, we are builders who spend the majority of our time in the field working hands on day in and day out.
